  • Filmnmedia Network is an industry-focused job portal connecting professionals and companies in Film, Television, OTT, Digital Media, Broadcast, and Live Events.
  • The Platform acts only as a facilitator and does not guarantee employment, hiring, or business outcomes.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
  • Information provided must be accurate, complete, and truthful.
  • Companies posting jobs must be legally authorized to hire.

4. User Accounts & Profiles

  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
  • Filmnmedia Network reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false, misleading, or inappropriate content.

5. Job Listings & Applications

  • Filmnmedia Network does not verify the authenticity of every job listing.
  • We are not responsible for the outcome of any hiring process.
  • Any communication, interview, or agreement is strictly between the job seeker and employer.

6. Prohibited Activities

     Users must not:

  • Post fake, misleading, or fraudulent jobs
  • Upload offensive, illegal, or copyrighted content without permission
  • Use the Platform for spam, solicitation, or unlawful activities

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content, branding, logos, and platform design belong to Filmnmedia Network unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

      Filmnmedia Network shall not be liable for:

  • Employment decisions
  • Financial loss
  • Disputes between users
  • Data inaccuracies provided by users
  • Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

9. Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without prior notice if Terms are violated.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction shall be Hyderabad, Telangana.

For EMPLOYER

1. Employer Eligibility

  • Employers must be legally authorized to hire and operate under applicable laws in India.
  • All company details provided must be accurate, complete, and truthful.
  • Filmnmedia Network reserves the right to verify employer information and reject or remove employer accounts if found misleading.

2. Job Posting Responsibility

  • Employers are solely responsible for the accuracy and legitimacy of job listings.
  • Job postings must clearly mention:
  • Role description
  • Location
  • Nature of work (freelance / contract / full-time)
  • Compensation details (where applicable)
  • Filmnmedia Network does not approve, endorse, or guarantee job postings.

3. Prohibited Job Listings

  • Employers must NOT:
  • Post fake, misleading, or non-existent job openings
  • Request registration fees, deposits, or payments from candidates
  • Post discriminatory, illegal, or unethical job requirements
  • Misuse candidate data for purposes outside hiring
  • Violation may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

4. Hiring & Employment Decisions

  • All hiring decisions are made solely by the Employer.
  • Filmnmedia Network is not involved in interviews, negotiations, contracts, payments, or employment terms.
  • The Platform does not act as an agent, recruiter, or representative of any Employer.

5. Candidate Data Usage

  • Candidate profiles and applications may be used only for hiring purposes.
  • Employers must not:
  • Share candidate data externally
  • Store data beyond reasonable hiring timelines
  • Use data for marketing, solicitation, or non-recruitment activities
  • Misuse of data may lead to legal action under applicable data protection laws.

6. Payments & Compensation

  • Filmnmedia Network is not responsible for:
  • Salary payments
  • Freelancer fees
  • Contract disputes
  • Delays or non-payment by Employers
  • All financial obligations are strictly between Employers and Candidates.

7. Platform Moderation Rights

  • Filmnmedia Network reserves the right to:
  • Remove job listings without prior notice
  • Suspend or terminate Employer accounts
  • Restrict access for repeated violations
  • This may be done to maintain platform integrity and user trust.

8. No Guarantee of Hiring

  • Filmnmedia Network does not guarantee:
  • Candidate availability
  • Hiring success
  • Response rates
  • Job fulfillment timelines
  • The Platform only facilitates visibility and connection.

9. Indemnification

  • Employers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Filmnmedia Network from:
  • Claims arising from job postings
  • Employment disputes
  • Legal non-compliance
  • Misrepresentation or misuse of the Platform

10. Compliance with Laws

  • Employers must comply with:
  • Labour laws
  • Contractual obligations
  • Anti-discrimination regulations
  • Data protection laws applicable in India

11. Termination

  • Employer accounts may be suspended or terminated if:
  • Terms are violated
  • Fraudulent activity is detected
  • Platform misuse occurs
  • Termination does not absolve Employers of existing legal obligations.

For EMPLOYEES

1. Candidate Eligibility

  • Candidates must be 18 years or older.
  • Information provided must be accurate, truthful, and current.
  • Candidates are responsible for maintaining and updating their profile information.

2. Profile Information & Content

  • Candidates are solely responsible for the content of their profiles, including:
  • Work experience
  • Skills
  • Credits
  • Portfolios
  • Contact details
  • Filmnmedia Network does not verify the accuracy of candidate-provided information.
  • Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension or removal.

3. Job Applications

  • Submitting an application does not guarantee:
  • Interview calls
  • Responses from employers
  • Job offers
  • Employers may independently shortlist, reject, or contact candidates.

4. Communication with Employers

  • All communication between Candidates and Employers occurs directly.
  • Filmnmedia Network is not responsible for:
  • Interview scheduling
  • Hiring discussions
  • Offer letters
  • Employment contracts
  • Candidates are advised to exercise due diligence before accepting any offer.

5. Fees & Payments

  • Filmnmedia Network does not charge candidates for job applications (unless explicitly stated in future).
  • Candidates should not make any payments to employers or third parties without proper verification.
  • The Platform is not liable for financial loss arising from candidate-employer transactions.

6. Conduct & Platform Usage

  • Candidates must NOT:
  • Upload offensive, illegal, or copyrighted content without permission
  • Impersonate another individual
  • Misuse employer data or contact information
  • Engage in spam or solicitation activities
  • Violation may lead to suspension or permanent account termination.

7. Data Visibility & Sharing

  • Candidate profiles may be visible to registered employers.
  • By applying for jobs, candidates consent to sharing profile information with employers.
  • Filmnmedia Network does not control how employers evaluate candidate information.

8. No Employment Guarantee

  • Filmnmedia Network does not guarantee employment, project engagement, or freelance work.
  • The Platform acts only as a facilitator for job discovery and applications.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Filmnmedia Network shall not be liable for:
  • Employer decisions
  • Employment disputes
  • Salary delays or non-payment
  • Work conditions or contractual terms
  • All employment-related matters are solely between the Candidate and Employer.

10. Account Suspension or Termination

  • Candidate accounts may be suspended or terminated if:
  • False information is provided
  • Platform misuse occurs
  • Terms & Conditions are violated
  • Termination may occur without prior notice in cases of serious violations.

11. Legal Compliance

  • Candidates must comply with all applicable laws related to:
  • Employment
  • Contracts
  • Professional conduct.
